About the Position: The incumbent serves as a Lead Management Analyst for the U.S. Army Communications- Electronics Command This position is assigned to the Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC) MSD at APG, MD. Responsibilities Incumbent is responsible for the overall administration and operations management of the Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC) Information Technology (IT)/Resources Team. Conducts team meetings to collaborate and delegate assignments, projects, problem solving, actionable event milestones, program issues, deadlines and timelines. Oversee the development and sustainment of the ILSC Knowledge Management Share Point information repositories to include the Branch Chief Play Book (BCPB). Provide easy to navigate data sources to enhance shared understanding, learning and decision-making. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes (1) applying detailed knowledge of information technology (IT) software and hardware to troubleshoot, identify and/or resolve user issues on Microsoft/Apple operating systems; (2) mentoring team members on standard operating procedures, organizational goals and priorities; (3) Analyzing internal workflow by establishing procedures to improve effectiveness/efficiency of operations; and (4) Administering knowledge management activities in a collaborative environment (such as SharePoint, SharePoint Online, Office365, etc.) This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02/GS-11).
