　　Our optical lab is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our growing manufacturing operation.

　　Shift:   2nd (Sundays-Thursdays, 4:00pm - 12:30am) 

　　10% shift differential added to base pay PLUS bi-weekly bonus opportunities, great PTO plan and benefits!

　　This is an opportunity to lead a small crew with your knowledge, experience and leadership abilities in our expanding manufacturing operation.  

　　Expert Maintenance Technician responsible for servicing and maintaining equipment located in the optical manufacturing lab, acting with oversight in a team Lead role.  Duties include:

　　Providing leadership to the maintenance crew

　　Lead associates by ensuring they stay on task and in proper place for optimal workflow

　　Ensure work orders are handled to resolve machine issues, while minimizing down time affecting production efforts

　　Train associates as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor

　　Maintain Preventative Maintenance equipment logs and checklists

　　Service CNC Edgers, CNC Generators, Blockers

　　Follow company's Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, suggest safety measures 

　　Perform other tasks and lead functions as assigned

　　Associate's Degree/Technical School Degree or equivalent work experience

　　3-5 years experience in the maintenance, diagnosis and repair of complex equipment and industrial equipment (Electronics, CNC type equipment preferred)

　　Proven troubleshooting skills on complex equipment

　　Experience working with PLC's, programming

　　Experience in a team Lead role

　　Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical/electronic diagrams required

　　Optical manufacturing experience preferred

　　Must be able to read and write English
