  LEAD, GLOBAL RISK MANAGEMENT

  WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  Our Global Risk Management (GRM) team partners with management across the enterprise to enhance and protect Nike's value and brand through world-class risk management capabilities. As a Lead on our team, we are looking for a collaborative project leader with a wide variety of experience in project management across the breadth of risk services including audit, advisory and strategic risk.   WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON:

  Primary responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

  Strategic thinking, understanding the business priorities and key objectives to plan, develop, manage and execute high impact audit, advisory and strategic risk work plansEnsuring quality project planning, effective delivery, and timely reporting for the full suite of risk projectsPerformance of end-to-end process risk assessments to diagnose risk and develop scope, objectives and approach for risk servicesIdentification of key risks and opportunities followed by root cause analysis to develop proposed recommendations for risk optimizationDevelopment of high quality executive-level reports and presentationsCommunicating complex ideas or controversial / difficult information in a manner that influences others to adopt a different point of viewProviding coaching and mentorship of team members to drive their professional growthChampioning continuous improvement within GRM processes and deliverablesCoordinating and leading work across multiple projectsStrengthening relationships with key partners to conduct risk assessment activities and drive risk optimization improvements in coordination with other teams across GRM

  Your work will be highly visible to NIKE, Inc. executive management and the Audit and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors.

  WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH:

  You'll report directly to the Global Risk Management Director within the Global Risk Management team.

  You'll be part of a group of Leads who operate as project leads, coaches and partners with the broader GRM leadership team to sustain a strong and collaborative team culture. Regular partnership with leaders across Nike's enterprise is a key responsibility of the Lead to drive proactive risk consultation, relationship management and project delivery of audit, advisory and strategic risk services.

  WHAT YOU BRING:

  Required

  Bachelor's degree6+ years professional, relevant work experience in audit and risk services including internal or external audit, risk advisory services or enterprise risk managementPossess advanced knowledge and application of audit and risk craftExcellent executive verbal and written communication skillProven ability to identify and assess business risks and controls, perform root cause analysis and work with business partners to develop practical recommendations to optimize risksUnderstanding/knowledge of Nike's business and operating modelDemonstrated project management experience including project team leadershipAbility to travel up to 20% (domestic and international)

  Preferred

  Professional risk certifications including but not limited to CPA, CIA, CISA, CRMA, CFEStrong understanding of dynamic risk assessment inclusive of risk sensing and monitoring conceptsDemonstrated data analytics capabilities in service of risk assessments and projects across the suite of risk servicesTechnical aptitude and understanding of Information Technology General Control and risk conceptsSubject matter expertise in any of the following: Consumer Products, Brand and Sports Marketing, Retail and Wholesale Strategy and Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Fraud, Legal, Technical Operations and Cybersecurity
