Ethicon, Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson family of companies, is currently recruiting for a Lead Financial Analyst, supporting our Strategic Customer Group (aka Commercial Excellence). The position is primarily located in Raritan, NJ or Cincinnati, OH. Applicants preferring West Chester, PA, Raynham, MA, Warsaw, IN or Irvine, CA are also eligible to apply.
This role will provide financial leadership and support to our National Accounts team which is responsible for a significant portion of US Ethicon revenue and sets the foundation for the mid to long term pricing strategy. They will work closely with Pricing, Contract Strategy & US Commercial Finance colleagues to help analyze, frame and communicate our GPO contracting and pricing strategy. This role is also responsible for creating financial models in response to customer requests in close partnership with SCG and account teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner closely with SCG National Account teams as well as regional teams to influence GPO level and customer-level pricing strategies & proposals with a key focus on building financial analyses and sharing insights to achieve profitable growth.
Lead GPO price forecasting, the latest thinking estimates and provide monthly pricing updates to appropriate partners.
Influence pricing matrices and strategies to ensure effective implementation of brand value proposition through strong partnerships with Contract Strategy, Pricing, Brand Marketing and Contract Execution.
Attend Customer Pricing Committee (CPC) meetings to gain senior leadership insights and perspectives of strategic direction of Ethicon and MedTech sector.
Support ad hoc requests / projects, participate in trainings to increase business knowledge and skill, and ensure strong compliance to policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required; Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred.
Minimum of four years Finance, Accounting, Leadership, or related Business Experience required, MBA preferred.
Additional Experience and Skills Required:
Excellent analytical and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail
Candidate must have strong oral and written communication, ability to work well on a team with finance and non-finance business partners
Ability to frame sophisticated analyses based on the audience and level of detail needed
Candidate must be able to effectively challenge business partners and propose alternative solutions
Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.) and Tableau

Will require up to 10% of domestic travel.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $88,000 - $142,200.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
