JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description 1.0 FTE / 40 Hours per week - 3rd ShiftThe Lead Person, Hospitality Services is a working supervisor and willperform an assigned schedule, will \"fill in\" to cover other schedulesin the department due to heavy work load, absences or PTO and willsupervise the day-to-day performance of the Environmental Servicesstaff.This position will conduct rounds routinely, paying attention tohousekeeping needs and other environmental details. Responsible to follow standardpractices that govern performance of job activities. Represents themanager and senior leadership in day to day operation of functionalareas. Supports manager\'s role in scheduling and training associatesand prioritizing work for others. Interprets procedures, ensures dailyoperations are maintained. Acts as a role model and a conduit betweensenior leadership and the work team. Pitches in and serves as a memberof the team.
