Be part of an Integration team that can develop test procedures and standards for highly complex products. You will participate in the development and certification of environment test functionality across multiple products and applications. This will enable you to support new products, processes, procedures, or operational plans within the organization's business strategies, with a direct impact on business results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and coordinate a team of engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency.
Support projects and customers during the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) Process including integrating all standard hardware, software, third-party equipment, and final tear down for shipment.
Ability to implement changes, product updates, failure replacements using Quality Notification Process and problem solving, during FAT support.
Maintains logs and records pertaining to the system, non-conforming materials, test equipment/tool calibration and maintenance.
Pursue reduction of labor hours required to system setup and teardown, shares best practices with team.
Use learned skills and instructions such as assembly methods to ensure consistency of manufacturing. Continuously strives to increase knowledge about the TPS product line.
MUST HAVE
High School Diploma
3+ years of experience in test support and SAP usage
3+ years of experience in test engineering or a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience with test methodologies and tools
