Lead EHR Clinical Apps Analyst (Epic Resolute), Remote - ITS-Clin Revenue Cycle

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent and/or five years related experience. Must possess sufficient educational background and/or experience to conduct clinical applications analysis and/or programming of complex systems, analysis of clinical workflows, and system adoption strategies.

　　Job Summary:

　　This position is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and support of complex clinical systems to improve in compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies. Clinical applications include any software application used in support of the clinical enterprise including patient registration, patient billing, clinical documentation utilized in the ambulatory and inpatient settings, as well as applications for specific medical specialties such as, but not limited to, Radiology, Pathology, Oncology, Transplant, and Cardiology. Other responsibilities include providing advanced analysis and documentation, formulating logical statements of business and management problems to develop requirements for configuration of clinical applications, and providing solutions to complex problems. This role requires an understanding of the assigned system applications, functions, and features end-users would experience. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of clinical applications programming.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field and four years related experience in hospital billing or other healthcare-related role. Note: Years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

　　Job Duties:

　　Provide system administration and support for all aspects of hospital and professional billing within the Epic Hospital Billing system. Duties include assisting in the workflow documentation and analysis, requirements gathering and validation, configuration, build and support of Resolute Professional Billing and Resolute Hospital Billing modules.

　　Epic build related to Resolute Hospital Billing module.

　　Perform analysis to determine potential changes required to accommodate integration of Resolute Hospital and Professional Billing modules and other Epic clinical modules.

　　Assist charge testing, integrated testing, system upgrades and in the preparing of training materials.

　　Strong collaboration skills with operational and technical resources.

　　Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

　　Strong organizational skills; good verbal and written communication skills; strong skills using MS-Excel.

　　Building and support the hospital billing system.

　　Implementing and/or supporting Epic Resolute Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Single Billing Office.

　　Community Connect experience is a plus.

　　Work Schedule:

　　Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and after hours as needed.

　　Salary Range:

　　Actual salary commensurate with experience.
