The Opportunity

　　Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Lead Concessions Supervisor to join our team at Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Lead Concessions Supervisor will act as the main liaison between upper Concessions Management and front-line Concessions Supervisors.

　　The Lead Concessions Supervisor is responsible for directing and responding to guest questions and needs. The Lead Supervisor is responsible for assisting Supervisors, Team Members, Non-profit Groups and Subcontractors during the event and the initial set up of products as well as closing the event and closing procedures. The Lead Supervisor should understand the content of the menus and ensure the timely delivery of food. Strict following of food and safety guidelines are required. The Lead Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the execution of area setup and breakdown.

　　Responsibilities

　　Main point of contact for all concessions supervisors during events

　　Train all new concessions supervisors on standard operating procedures.

　　Liaison between upper management and front-line supervisors

　　Coordinate all concession supervisor availabilities, schedule, and staff accordingly.

　　Oversees the opening and closing of the concession operation

　　Reconcile inventory sheets and supporting paperwork for all events.

　　Maintains cleanliness of concession areas and proper working order of concession equipment including safe operation of such equipment

　　Assists in the training of concessions staff and nonprofit groups.

　　Position is very hands on with excessive interaction with staff and customers during events.

　　Supervises concession stand leaders, concession workers, cooks, and non-profit group volunteers.

　　Performs other tasks as assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　Must possess previous management or supervisory experience in a concessions or similar facility serving food & drink for large events.

　　Must possess the ability to work hours as dictated by events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

　　Must possess the ability to meet required tasks & goals and be results oriented in undertaking and managing multiple tasks while paying close attention to detail and customer service.

　　Physical Requirements

　　Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

　　Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally

　　May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
