About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to partner with business groups and technology to design, develop, and deploy solutions to meet business requirements that cannot be supported in commercial applications. This role will be the Product Owner of the delivery team that delivers these activities, working with business partners and technology, writing user stories, grooming and prioritizing the backlog, organizing and supporting development, testing, and deployment.
In this role, you will:Lead cross-functional product team for delivery of agile backlogPrioritize features for products based on customer requirementsPartner closely to understand and translate capability requirements into product featuresCreate a product support model that is integrated with internal support constructsDefine an intake process for new product requests, feature requests, and updatesDefine and deliver requirements strategy & executionPartner with SCM leadership and Risk executives across the organization on business requirements, target state, and strategy to enable required business capabilitiesDeliver solutions that are long-term and holistic across Supply Chain and other business partnersCoordinate highly complex activities and resolutionStrategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across the enterpriseRequired Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Strong background as an Agile Product Owner with experience leading and managing agile delivery teams globally.Background with Process Unity risk management system desiredExperience building enablement products and working cross team to ensure delivery of products that are holistic in design, meet requirements, and scalable.Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentStrong organization skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutionsSolid critical thinking skillsKnowledge and understanding of Supply Chain processes and systemsBanking / Financial services experience, especially related to risk management, operational risk, and/or supply chain management.Job Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work scheduleMust be able to sit in one of the listed locationsLocations:Charlotte, North Carolina (Innovation Park)Chandler, Arizona (B Building)Minneapolis, Minnesota (550 Wells Fargo)West Des Moines, Iowa (Jordan Creek) Base Compensation Range:
