This job was posted by https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov : For moreinformation, please see:https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov/jobs/11580234 Planning andexecuting a variety of methodologies in the overall project developmentof Oracle Applications using Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle PL/SQL,Oracle Application Framework, Oracle Middleware, Toad, XML Publisher,Oracle Discoverer and Unix; Using Oracle OUM, EAM, MS Project for theproject plan, Visio for the business process and flows, and SharePointfor the housing and sharing of project deliverable documents;Researching, planning and developing project strategies; Analyzingbusiness and user needs; Formulating and defining system scope andobjectives through research combined with an understanding of applicablebusiness systems and industry requirements; Meeting with projectstakeholders to complete business analysis and systems analysis;Conducting workshop sessions with stakeholders to understand theircurrent business processes; Providing Oracle application technicalexpertise for Oracle General Ledger (GL), Payables, Receivables, CashManagement, Purchase Order, Sourcing, and Contracts; Designing newinterfaces using Oracle ERP Cloud applications and Oracle IntegrationCloud; Developing integrations using Oracle OIC Suite; Defining, mappingand analyzing business processes and designing technology solutions toenhance business operations; Analyzing business TO-BE and inspectingAS-IS to develop recommendations to achieve policy objectives;Performing fit-gap analysis in the implementation process to determinethe appropriate fit of business requirements against the Oracle ERPCloud system and to determine the viable resolution for any gaps;Reviewing test plans and test scripts for various business areas toensure that all scenarios are covered; Overseeing all aspects of testingincluding establishing metrics, resource planning, bug tracking andissue assignment; Training end users by conducting workshops andtraining sessions so that users can effectively use the newlyimplemented business systems to perform their day-to-day operations; andcontributing and creating documentation according to the companysmethodology that includes quality assurance, change management processand business documentation to ensure that all facets of the projectprocess is delivered successfully according to the businessrequirements. Requirements: Masters Degree or foreign degree equivalentin Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, ComputerApplications, Information Technology, Applied Computer Science, Businessor Engineering and one years experience in position or one yearsexperience in IT or Business Analysis field (or Bachelors Degree orforeign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer InformationSystems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Applied ComputerScience, Business or Engineering and five years experience in positionor five years experience in IT or Business Analysis field); andExperience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle PL/SQL, OracleMiddleware, Oracle Application Framework Toad, XML Publisher, OracleDiscoverer and Unix. Travel to various unanticipated client sitesrequired in US. May reside anywhere in the US. Telecommuting permitted.
