LEAD, ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS, TRADING COMPANY

　　SINGAPORE & TC FINANCE, OPERATIONS ACCOUNTING

　　WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

　　We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP S4/HANA Implementation accounting lead to join our team. This is an instrumental role in supporting the multi-year global system implementation from the supply chain operations accounting lens in the different gates of implementation, i.e. go-live readiness, implementation and through the stabilization and operation transition.

　　WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

　　SAP S4/Hana implementation that cut across go-live readiness, implementation, stabilization and transition to operations team:

　　Process mapping: Create comprehensive process maps for both standard processes (happy path) and exception resolutions, including control mechanisms.

　　Finance Reports Design: Design and develop reports to support finance month-end reporting and analysis and ensure compliance with established controls.

　　Test Scenario Design: Develop and execute test scenarios to validate the functionality and integrity of the SAP system.

　　Research and Escalation: Research, document, and escalate exception transactions and reports to ensure timely resolution.

　　Training: Develop training materials and documentation to support operations accounting end-users in understanding and utilizing the SAP system; Create desktop procedures(DTP) as necessary

　　Participate in cut-over and implementation planning, providing insights and expertise to ensure successful execution

　　Stabilization: Monitor the SAP system during stabilization period, report issues timely, and follow up with relevant tech team for resolutions

　　WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

　　You will engage and partner with a diverse group of stakeholders in Trading Company as well as the globe project team, both financially and non-financially trained.

　　WHAT YOU BRING

　　A strong accounting subject matter expert with at least 6 years of inventory and intercompany experiences with end-to-end supply chain

　　Bachelor degree in Accountancy, preferably with a Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification.

　　Good Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and SOX is necessary. Demonstrate good operational insights to ensure reporting compliance for Inventory, Intercompany Cross-charges.

　　Related operational accounting experiences in an MNC, preferably with global trading or manufacturing business mode

　　Hands-on experiences with SAP S4/HANA

　　Demonstrated SAP S4/HANA implementation experiences that cut across go-live readiness, implementation, stabilization and transition to operations

　　Demonstrate good communication and influencing skills

　　Good documentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Visio.

　　Experience with enabling tool solutions eg Blackline, Alteryx would be an added advantage

　　Proven track record of working independently, leading and prioritizing against multiple priorities, while delivering high-quality results.

　　Ability to exercise a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
