Lawn Care Crew Leader

　　Large Established Lawn Care Company in Meridian, MS is seeking an experienced Lawn Care Crew Leader. Candidates MUST have at least 1 year verifiable experience in the Lawn Care/Landscaping Industry as a crew leader.

　　Qualified Candidates must also meet the following minimum requirements:

　　MUST have a minimum of verifiable one- year supervisory experience.

　　Clean driving record.

　　Reliable transportation to and from work.

　　Clean cut and self-motivator with good communication ability.

　　Able to work with many different types of personalities.

　　Able to handle day to day dilemmas.

　　Must have some mechanical skills with lawn equipment.

　　Ability to multi-task.

　　Must be able to stay out of town overnight frequently.

　　Must be able to work in outdoor weather such as extreme heat in the summer.

　　No criminal background.
