　　Your day to day

　　Supervise all employees within the Laundry Department

　　Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.

　　Ensure that all items laundered and dry cleaned within the hotel's laundry are finished to the highest standard achievable and returned to the guests or staff in immaculate condition.

　　Organise movement of dirty and clean laundry and of guest valet service

　　Maintain and order supplies and equipment in a timely and efficient manner while minimising waste and maintaining “green” initiatives (example: container recycling, and cleaning agents).
