  Requirements

  Your responsibilities as a Landscaping Account Manager are, but not limited to:

  Become the primary point of contact with clients, maintaining long-lasting relationships whilst exceeding client expectations with superior service.

  Develop and assist with accurate estimates for new and existing clients with the Business Development Team, maintaining acceptable gross margins that supports the branch’s financial goals.

  Proactively advise maintenance and present site enhancements for new and existing clients to ensure the branch meets its financial goals.

  Work in partnership with the Business Development Team whilst partnering with operation managers to implement crew work assignments at exceptional levels.

  Communicate proactively with all decision-makers and influencers both internally and externally.

  Perform site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met and exceeded.

  Facilitate the resolution of client concerns to ensure contract renewal to retain existing customers.

  You may be a good fit if you:

  Experience in landscaping and/or grounds maintenance of at least two (2) years is required

  MUST be authorized to work in the United States and have a valid Driver's License

  At least 21 years of age, can work Saturdays and in inclement weather (required)

  Have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record

  Sales experience in an industry that works closely with Property Managers or the world of Commercial Real Estate Development/ Management. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience

  Extensive face-to-face selling experience is at the mid to senior levels

  Above average proficiency with computer operational skills and CRM systems

  Articulate in both written and verbal communication skills

  Able to manage time and workload effectively autonomously.

  All job-specific equipment and safety gear provided

  Benefits

  Salary: $60,000-$75,000 annually
