DUTIES: General landscape maintenance of gardens andlawns, use of general lawn equipment (mowers, edgers, blowers), weeding,edging, mowing, trimming and pruning, mulching flower beds, plantingshrubs, flowers and small trees, rake/blow leaves, water plants andlawns, install sprinkler systems, may operate vehicles. Able to lift50lbs. Must be able to handle communication through company providedwork phone. No experience required, will train. The employer willprovide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment requiredto perform the job. SCHEDULE: 40 hrs p/week, 7:00 AM -6:00 PM,Monday-Friday, overtime varies, Saturday\'s as needed, start/end timesvary, schedule varies. WAGE: Workers will be paid Weekly at \$21.78 -\$25.00/hr When available, OT is paid at \$32.67 - \$37.50/hrOpportunity for higher pay dependent upon experience (Pay raise atemployer\'s discretion). A single workweek will be used to compute wagesdue. All deductions from the worker\'s paycheck required by law will bemade. LOCATION(S): Daily transportation will be provided from a centrallocation to and from worksites in the following counties: Arlington,Belmont, Cambridge City, Somerville City, Newton City, Lexington,Winchester, Medford City, Woburn City, Malden City, Lincoln, Reading,Melrose City, Waltham City, Milton, Canton. OPTIONAL BENEFITS: Employermay make payroll deductions at employee\'s request. Employer facilitatesvoluntary housing arrangements. If the worker completes 50 percent ofthe work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly forinitial transportation and subsistence costs from the place ofrecruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such adistance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence eachday. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker isdismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker?s reasonablecosts of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the placethe worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will notreturn due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.46 per day duringtravel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts.
