This is atemporary, fulltime position starting on 4/1/2024 and ending on11/10/2024.

  Mow, cut, water, edge lawns: rake and blow leaves; dig holes using handtools, with a max depth/width of 4 ft to install sprinklers and/orplant; pull, chop weeds, prune and haul topsoil and mulch. Assist w/sprinkler install, installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonrywall units. May be asked to demonstrate tasks to other employees butposition does not include supervision of others. Involves loading andunloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensivestanding, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending.Involves repetitive movements. Post Hire/Employer Paid Drug Test. PostHire/Employer Paid Background Check. Possibility of performance basedraise, bonus, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportationprovided to multiple worksites from central location in Caseyville, IL.60 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day.Optional elective uniformCleaning deduction \$18.50 per pay period. Deductions will not drop theoverall wage below the UDSOL minimum, if the deductions are too greatthey will not be made.

  Terms and Conditions of Employment: \$17.58 to \$19.58 per hour. Minimumof 40 hours per week - M-F (with a possibility of Sat.), 6:30:00 AM to3:30:00 AM (schedules may vary). Overtime is available as needed.Overtime rate is \$26.37 to \$29.37. Possibility of Performance basedraise. On the job training provided.

  Housing: If requested, employer may assist non-local workers securingoptional worker-paid lodging (not to exceed fair market value, based onnumber of occupants; cost TBD). Housing costs paid directly to landlordand are not payroll deducted. Transportation: Employer will provideadvance transportation costs for most economical common carrier forworkers, either foreign or domestic, to place of employment from placeof recruitment and reimburse subsistence when worker completes 50% ofthe work period.

  Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissedearlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs ofreturn transportation and subsistence back home or to the place theworker originally departed to work, except where the worker will notreturn due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved.Daily subsistence to be reimbursed at a minimum amount of \$15.46 perday during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per 24 hour period (withreceipts) of travel.

  Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hoursequal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week periodof the total employment period.

  Tools, Equipment and Supplies: Employer will provide all tools andsupplies, without charge or deposit, necessary to perform job duties. Onthe Job Training Provided.

  Miscellaneous: Employer will use a single work week as its standard forcomputing wages due; pay is Bi-Weekly.

  Employer will not make any deductions which are not required by lawunless employee requests or agrees to certain deductions in regards toadvance pay, reimbursements, etc. Deductions will not drop the overallwage below the UDSOL minimum, if the deductions are too great they willnot be made. H-2B Worker\'s whom paid visa, border and or other visarelated fees, including those mandated by the government, will bereimbursed by employer in the first workweek.
