Position Specific Description
The Business Analyst I conducts complex agreement reviews and processes a high volume of real estate agreements for payments for the NextEra Energy Resources portfolio of renewable projects, Distributed Generation, Florida Renewables (FPL) and NextEra Energy Transmission (NEET). The employee will lead a region for projects and support additional business units, along with providing proper quantitative and qualitative analysis for land payments. This job coordinates allocation of resources and schedules to ensure the payments are processed in a timely manner and site control is maintained. Additional reporting on expired leases and weekly check run for payments is required. Collaborates with internal, cross-functional teams to support development as appropriate including, but not limited to, accounting, legal, GIS, Land Services, and Land Contracts.
