Pay rate: $19.84 /hr W2

Shift Details: 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM

Assist Laminator Operator I and/or II on following SOP'sHelp Laminator Operator 1 II process materials according to workinstructionsMix adhesive according to formulas.Check first piece conformance to specifications.Set up and operate Lathe Machine according Lathe Machine OperatingProcedures when needed.Job order interpretationMaintain cleanliness of machines/equipment and adjacent work area toSQF standard.Utilize satellite containers for Hazardous Waste."Hazard Waste Generator" - generates hazardous waste as part ofproduction process.(Reference SOP-HW-201-09, and SOP-HW 202-09) on file.Report quality issues to Laminator Operator I and/or manager,supervisor, group leader for analysis and/or remedy.Report ALL accidents to the shift manager immediately.Report ALL unsafe acts and conditions to the shift managerimmediately.Regular, consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to thejob.Verification of Correct calculation of needed amount of adhesive forjobVerification of what impression rollers are needed for four hoursand cut/or resurface to specifications.Report all Food Safety violations to management. Assist the LamOperator with adding adhesive, changing raw material rolls and othersubstrates. Operate machine for break coverage.Other duties as assigned.Participate in Sonoco's Performance System (SPS) activities asrequired - 5Star, Pillar Teams, Audits, Near Misses, etc.Regular, consistent attendance and punctuality are required andexpected for job performance.Required Skills:
