　　Zantech is looking for a Knowledge Management Team Lead to support an upcoming Army program.

　　General Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Conceptualize, draft project plans for client approval and assist in the execution of long-term projects involving policy, process and technological integration in support of the Command Group and greater staff.

　　Analyze and document business processes, translate these processes into automated solutions that satisfy the business requirements.

　　Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

　　10+ years of providing knowledge management/management for complex programs

　　5+ years of experience in developing, implementing, maintaining, and/or enforcing rigorous discipline in knowledge management/sharing systems

　　Required Security Clearance:

　　At a minimum, a current SECRET (Interim or Final) security clearance“Outstanding Performance…Always!”
