What you’ll do:
The Key Strategic Accounts Manager will have as main responsibilities to identify & build positive relations with all accounts decision makers & influencers who impact current or future business with Eaton to build a robust projects pipeline and meet sales objectives for the country.
Job Responsibilities:
Support all aspects of the relationship with end-users/ Specifying bodies within the assigned area of responsibility
Establish, protect and grow Eaton product & services business with end-users
Build relationships with clients organizations with a view to identifying their operational challenges and needs
Identify & build positive relations with all account decision & influencers who impact current or future business with Eaton
Prepare mapping for each client to Identify the decision makers and influencers in each organization
Deeply understand and be able to articulate the client buying process
Effectively utilize Eaton expertise and resources to generate high, value added, engineering and commercial proposals to secure orders which create a profitable and sustainable growth business
Manage & communicate effectively the business conducted between both organizations (Clients and Eaton)
Establish, Own, Execute and continuously develop an agreed commercial account plan
Understand & Capture the clients challenges & requirements in relation to Eaton portfolio/offering
Be highly knowledgeable of the client’s business, commercial condition, structure, strategy, operations, and challenges. In order to articulate this in terms of opportunity, growth, risk with respect to Eaton business
Gain leadership & executive team awareness, support & resources for business with the client.
Collaborate effectively with other account and sales colleagues related to the account
Request & Support marketing campaigns & activity that can promote Eaton to Client relations and business.
Qualifications:
Business management and/or Engineering Bachelor/Master's degree
10+ years of PR experience with end-users
Experience managing Strategic Accounts in the Kingdom (including sem-government organizations)
Candidate must be Saudi National
