  Responsibilities:

  Drive sales revenue to exceed established priorities and revenue targetsDefines and develops sustainable new business opportunitiesBuilds and maintains sustainable strategic business relationships in key accountsPerforms product demonstrations, customer education, in-service and provide case support as required or requestedDevelops monthly, quarterly and annual plans designed to meet revenue targetsDevelops and maintains a level of excellence in clinical knowledge within respective disease statesControl expenses within territory budgets and manage those resources according to BD guidelines and policiesCompletes requested and required administrative duties in a timely manner including call reports, monthly results report and additional items as assigned.Foster brand loyalty, achieve sales and market share growth within assigned geographic areaDevelops and maintains accurate customer and account files, both written and electronicAttend and represent BD at local, regional and national medical conferencesWork with relevant teams to develop and manage all sales-related business activitiesHas prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems e.g. salesforce.comIn all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Bard Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

  Preferred Requirements:

  Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Bachelor's Degree in Science / Pharmacy / Nursing / Business is preferredAt least 2 years of sales experience in the Medical Tech IndustryOpen to candidates from Pharmaceutical Industry

  Personal Attributes:

  Results oriented with strong drive and proven track recordExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environmentStrong influencing skillsDemonstrate positive communication, writing and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, reliable and resourceful
