Key Account Manager Aerospace EMEA (Remote)

We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for the key account management of the EMEA region. The Aerospace Business in ECMS produces ozone and ozone/VOC converters for aircrafts as well as services the converters in the aftermarket via our MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) shop. You will report to the Global Sales Manager, Aerospace.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Your proven ability to identify business opportunities and develop appropriate strategies and relationships will effectively lead the EMEA accounts to grow the revenue, profitability, and market share of the business.
· Using your superior communication and interpersonal skills, you will enhance existing and gain new customer relationships, as well as understand market and regulation demands.
· You will collaborate with marketing, RD&A, and project management to translate the customer’s future needs into account roadmaps.
· Your keen attention to detail will aid you in monitoring market conditions, competitive activities, general economic conditions, and governmental, legislative, and regulatory matters.
· Demonstrating your experience in dealing with supply chain and operations, you will collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure customer forecasts are fed into operational planning.
· Your ability to manage multiple accounts at a time will serve you well as you act as the primary point of contact for multiple OEM accounts as well as aftermarket airline customers/distribution partner relationships.
· Working strategically with excellent computer skills, you will be responsible for sales forecasting / analysis, other business terms and key account management.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
· University degree, preferably in a technical discipline like Science or Engineering, master`s degree preferred.
· 5 years professional sales experience in a similar position.
· Proven experience in relationship building, understanding customer needs and expectations..
· Experience in aerospace business required.
· Very good communication skills in English are mandatory, German or French is a plus.
· Willingness to travel (up to 25% of working time).
· Regular presence in Hamburg, Toulouse and/or Bristol.
