  Your role at Clorox:

  El Supervisor de Cuentas Clave es responsable del Volumen de Ventas, los AMPS, la Rentabilidad y la Implementación de los Planes de Negocio con los clientes asignados en su territorio geográfico. La posición reporta a un Gerente Regional de Ventas (KAM) y está a cargo de los sectores de ventas a distribuidores, Mayoristas y el resto de los puntos de ventas en la zona.

  In this role, you will:

  Nuestro Kas será responsable de:

  Negociación con clientes que incluye la planificación de objetivos, manejo de presupuestos promocionales y la implementación de actividades de generación de demanda para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la compañía.

  Responsable de la ejecución del ciclo de ventas que incluye el ingreso de órdenes, procesamiento de pedidos, asignación de inventarios, despachos, procesamientos de facturas y cobranzas.

  Reportes de ventas y liquidación de Trade Spending (creación de la demanda, incentivos y rebates).

  Garantizar la distribución, cobertura, surtido y visibilidad de los productos en las cuentas asignadas.

  Realizar visitas a los puntos de venta con el fin de tener pleno conocimiento de la gestión de venta con cada cliente, preocupándose por sus puntos de venta y por el desempeño de la FFVV de los distribuidores a cargo, así como del cumplimiento del servicio de la agencia externa de merchandising que incluye usualmente 3-5 promotores/ mercaderistas repartidos en distintas plazas y distribuidores.

  Mantener y asegurar la comunicación fluida y periódica con el cliente para asegurar el correcto cumplimiento de los planes y la consolidación de buenas relaciones entre ambas partes.

  Identificación de oportunidades de mercado y formulación de acciones.

  Monitoreo constante del comportamiento del mercado y competencia.

  What we look for:

  El seleccionado debe ser residente en la ciudad principal de la zona a cargo. Esta posición efectúa recorridos en las ciudades de su región según un plan de trabajo preestablecido.

  Universitario egresado con al menos 3 años (mínimo 1 año) de experiencia profesional en el área comercial, marketing o ventas de empresas con cobertura nacional.

  De tener experiencia en ventas de consumo masivo sería un plus, como por ejemplo haber sido Promotor de Ventas, Representante de Ventas, Supervisor de Ventas y Ejecutivo de Cuentas Claves a cargo de Clientes y/o Retailers del canal tradicional (Distribuidores, Mayoristas, Brokers, Bodegas, etc) en empresas multinacionales y/o transnacionales de consumo masivo.

  Destacadas competencias personales de planeamiento y organización, autonomía, proactividad y trabajo en equipo.

  Debe poseer alta Capacidad y poder manejar varios objetivos al mismo tiempo (cuota de venta, cuota de cobranza, cuota de cobertura, etc.). Asimismo, tener disposición para afrontar objetivos retadores y en continuo crecimiento.

  Conocimiento básico de herramientas de productividad personal (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  Inglés Intermedio (inglés avanzado sería considerado un plus).
