  $5000 SIGN ON BONUS

  Eliot is in search of an Assistant Program Manager with 2 years experience working with youthful offenders. The ideal person will be committed to the principles of Wraparound and practice within a Family Driven and Youth guided framework that embraces Family Voice and Choice. Experience with overseeing day to day operations of residential programs in accordance with DYS and DEEC policies is a plus.

  Eliot’s juvenile justice programming includes a residential network for youth ages 13 to 21 who are court involved and need placement while awaiting return to court, assessment or longer term treatment. These highly structured, self-contained programs offer a comprehensive intervention for juvenile offenders.

  Responsibilities:

  Oversee day to day operations of the program in accordance with the program, contract, DYS, DEEC and ECHS policies.

  Responsible for the scheduling of all staff and program activities.

  Responsible for fiscal oversight and supervision of staff as assigned.

  Facilitate and attend as directed, all meetings associated with the operation of the program, including administrative, staff, shift change, and treatment team meetings.

  Serve as a member of the administrative team and the on-call rotation.

  Assist in the hiring, counsel, discipline and discharge of staff; including participation in orientation, training and development opportunities for staff.

  Submit timely and accurate employee supervision documentation and performance evaluations.

  Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the youth, their families, community agencies, licensing agents and vendors, including DYS and DEEC.

  Responsible for the daily maintenance and completion of the program logs and systems including fire drills, search, security check, and all other assigned systems.

  Develop and maintain positive community relationships.

  Adhere to all licensing and funding requirements.

  Monitor facility maintenance, upkeep and supply ordering.

  Schedule: Sunday - Tuesday 3pm-11pm, Wednesday/Thursday 9-5pm

  Bachelors or better in Social WorkLicenses & Certifications

  Required

  MA Driver's LicenseExperience

  Required

  2 years: Working with the juvenile offenders population
