Description

　　Robert Half is seeking attorneys, preferably with hearing officer experience (mediation, independent review decisions, and/or arbitration experience). Our client furnishes neutral 3rd party arbitration and mediation services to state and federal entities. Full-time.

　　Three years of professional experience in interviewing, investigation, or legal work that involves the analysis and interpretation of data, including one year of supervisory, consultative, or adjudicative experience in a human services program or other programs with an adjudicatory process, and a bachelor’s degree;

　　Graduation with a law degree from a school of law accredited by the American Bar Association; or

　　An equivalent combination of experience and training which includes one year of supervisory, consultative, or adjudicative experience in a human services program or other programs with an adjudicatory process.

　　In addition to the qualifications set forth above, each ALJ must satisfy a minimum of one of the following: (1) one year experience as a hearing officer or other adjudicator; or (2) service as a hearing officer or adjudicator in a minimum of 500 cases.
