We are currently seeking highly motivated, energetic person with great attention to details and results oriented attitude for the role of:
Junior Payroll Specialist
Warsaw
Scope of responsibilities:
Working time recording (absences, holiday, overtimes, sick notes etc.)
Documents for employees (remuneration certificates etc.)
Re-occurring communication with employees
Outbound files transferring to payroll provider
Support in payroll input preparation
Support in payroll calculation checking
Support in payroll month end close reporting
Support in ad-hoc projects (automatizations, legal adjustments of the processes)
Requirements
Willing to gain knowledge in Payroll area
Polish speaker
Intermediate English
Basic Excel (vlookup, sums) – more advanced is welcome
Student of economic/finance related studies - is welcome
Basic payroll knowledge is welcome
