CSA is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to provide financial program analysis, reconciliation, and closure assistance for foreign military sales financial records and contracts in support of the Navy International Program Office at Naval Support Activity, Philadelphia, PA.How Your Role Will Make an Impact:Support the Shipped Unbilled project. Provide analysis of causes of shipped unbilled requisitions and provide corrective actions.Support Problem Disbursement resolution and processing. Manage and provide corrective action within established timeframes and track progression at 30, 60, 90 and 120 days.Conduct analysis of foreign military sales case performance and disbursement reporting. Provide a detailed report of corrective actions recommended, in process, and completed.Conduct financial analysis and reporting of special areas of interest. Provide monthly report detailing efforts. Prepare briefing materials showing metrics.Support formal meetings to include analytical, presentation, training, and administrative support.Make recommendations for the resolution of case closure impediments. Submit monthly report on specific case issues and overarching systematic anomalies being researched.Provide administrative support as needed. Report monthly LOE expended to provide such admin support.Provide assistance with process documentation of various existing financial related processes. Review and analyze processes making recommendations for process improvements.Develop various reports and presentations for formal case reviews/meetings. Annotate such efforts in the monthly report.What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust. An active Secret Clearance may be required.Education -- Bachelor's Degree or Qualifying ExperienceExperience -- Four additional years of experience is required to offset a Bachelor's Degree in any financial field (FMS, Domestic, Commercial, etc.).Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite or other word processing and spreadsheet programs.
