Summary:
CP Marine is in search of a Junior Contracts Business Analyst.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
Determine and enter data on system screens.
Assist in maintaining an electronic audit file for each contract which will include proposal, original contract, deliverables, all correspondence, changes/deviations, modifications, clarifications, payment schedules and all other required documents. Advise when modifications may be required.Perform invoice tracking and manage contract funding requirements.Review contract/subcontract invoices and see them through the approval process.Track required client funding notifications and report to appropriate contract administrator.Maintain contracts funding backlog.Maintain Master Contracts List.Analyze Financial Reports and Data.Other related duties as assigned.Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
Experience in compiling invoices and other procurement documents.Possess excellent attention to detail plus exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Possess the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.Ability to work with a team at all levels of an organization.Individual must be a self-starter, able to work without direction.Possess high moral and ethical standards.Proficient in Microsoft Office software products.Minimum Qualifications:
2 - 4 Years experience in Government Contracting, Business Management or AccountingProficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables.US CitizenshipPreferred Qualifications:
