Join us as Jr Professional Engagement Manager in Professional Team. This role will be responsible for: increasing coverage among non-visited DPs to drive demand and growth; recommendation level for therapeutic brands and PP. Establishing, building and maintaining strong business relationships with key Dental Chains; Leveraging digital cooperation using existing touchpoints and tools.
(JUNIOR) PROFESSIONAL ENGAGEMENT MANAGER
Location: Warsaw
30% of travel ( cooperate and manage Dental Chains, organize and deliver L&L lectures)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Organize and manage remote detailing database:plan and execute remote calls
execute promotional sampling plan
actively search for new contacts during/after F2F/remote events, social media requests
plans and executes target segmentation and prioritization
Build brand loyalty an active recommendation level among Dental Professionals by :driving recommendation growth by remote detailing
participating in webinars to meet new contacts
participating in F2F events to maintain database
continuous cooperation with Professional Pharma Territory Executives
Manage partnership with key dental chainsPlan & establish cooperation conditions
conduct lectures for dental chains and selected groups of Dental Professionals in form of Lunch & Learn
Track and measure results using existing tools in cooperation with digital specialist and POC Brand Manager
Updates Professional database (C4C) on a daily basis with relevant account and contact information
Reports competitors activities and feedback about CP products and provides feedback to manager /Professional Oral Care HUB team on learnings
Increase engagement level by follow up digital communication (in cooperation with Digital Specialist and POC Brand Manager)
Propose new solution improving effectiveness of remote communication
Understand Dental Professional behaviors and needs to develop and execute initiatives such as exclusive benefits/offers/events and social engagement activities.
Education& Experience:
High school degree, preferably with Dental, Medical or Biology background
Previous work experience with medical/ pharmaceutical or dental companies - is a must
Minimum 2 years of in-market/in-field experience with practicing professionals
Experience with interactive remote and digital communication tools - is a plus
Key Skills and Competencies
Good understanding of health science is a must
