　　Job Description

　　Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group is seeking a highly motivated Java Developer to become a valuable member of our team to support our U.S. Navy. Responsibilities for the Developer include, but are not limited to:

　　Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs, and lead team development through SDLC as needed. 

　　Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. 

　　Update or enhance existing software capabilities. 

　　Work with other functional disciplines (e.g., project management, acquisition, logistics, security, etc.) to integrate hardware and software systems, develop specifications, and performance requirements. 

　　May maintain databases within an application area. 

　　Work Schedule: A majority of the work can be performed remotely. Occasional travel to Yorktown, VA is required.

　　Requirements

　　Required Skills & Qualifications:

　　Active Secret Clearance

　　Security+ certification

　　Bachelor's Degree in a related field required. Can substitute additional work experience for a bachelor's degree. 

　　Comfortable with Java, JavaScript, and all things Java. 

　　Experience with applying modern software development methodologies (e.g. agile, DEVOPS/DEVSECOPS). 

　　Understanding of Oracle and Linux-based systems and platforms. 

　　Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

　　Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and data mining skills. 

　　Excellent oral and written skills. 

　　Highly Desired Skills:

　　Familiarity with the following Oracle products:

　　Oracle Database, Java Runtime Environment (JRE), WebLogic, HTTP Server, Fusion Middleware, Identity Manager (OIM), Internet Directory (OID), and Access Manager (OAM)

　　Experience developing and testing in the cloud, preferably in an AWS environment. 

　　Understanding Log4j library.

　　Agile certification or Certified Scrum Master.

　　Military Installation Access: This position resides on a military installation in Yorktown, VA. 

　　Active Secret Clearance is required. 

　　U.S. Citizenship required. 

　　Must be able to qualify for and obtain a base access pass in a timely manner. 

　　Must be able to obtain a favorable National Security Agency Check (NACI) including an FBI fingerprint check. 

　　Pay Scale

　　$80,000 to $90,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications
