SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 5pm - 11pm
POSITION PURPOSE:
The micro-cleaner is a critical role in the company which ensures the propercleaning of the cleanroom, controlled environment and GMP laboratoryenvironments.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Include the following key areas and duties, which may be modified orincreased as necessary:
Perform cleaning operations under strict guidelines. Continually monitor thecleanroom cleaning procedures to ensuring all cleanings are completed promptlyand correctly.Responsible for participating in continuous training: cGMP training,technical skills, safety, performance improvement.Normal responsibilities include detail document control (using GoodManufacturing Practices).Normal duties include but are not limited to micro-cleaning all surfaceswithin the controlled environment including ceilings, walls, equipment andfloors.The ability to follow customer standard operating procedures in precise detailincluding documentation.Identify deviations in cleaning and follow through on corrective andpreventative actions (variances).Review change to cGMP documentation and re-train.Assist in the cross training of other Controlled Contamination Servicespersonnel.All other duties as defined by your supervisor.
PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING:
Other more specific results will be assigned and measured.Must become familiar with cleaning chemical components and safetyrequirements.Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
This is an entry level job, GED preferred but not required. Previous workexperience preferred.
