This position will be located in Valparaiso, Indiana. Training will begin mid-September to be ready for our October open.

Salvaging rich history and continuing to write our own story. This Fall, Phase 1 will open for business, complete with a full-service, American fare restaurant, brewery, distillery, private events spaces, and more! Basic Function:Responsible for cleaning the building and keeping areas neat and tidy.

Gather and empty trash cans and maintain clean containersClean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfacesClean interior windows, exterior lower windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegeesDust and clean furniture and wallsClean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectantsCarry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projectsNotify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairsStock and maintain supply rooms; requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaningCooperate with the rest of the staffFollow all health and safety regulationsDeep clean restroom, scrub floors, walls, tile, and partitionsDeep clean floors (strip, clean, and seal floors) in designated areasMonitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors post-operational hours and verifying electronic equipment is turned offPerform any other tasks requested by management, the company, or the ownerRequirements
