Performs advanced and complex contract duties to include developing, analyzing, evaluating, reviewing, processing, ensuring applicable compliance, inspecting, implementing and/or monitoring contracts. Work involves collaborating with planning, engineering and other stakeholders for the development and execution of various types of aviation contracts. Works under limited supervision, with considerable organization to meet all deadlines. Essential Duties:Administer consultant selection process and professional service agreements, developing and managing professional services procurements, contracts, and budgets. Prepare and publish request for quotes.Execute Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) and Supplemental Agreements (SAs).Develop and manage construction contracts and budget.Assemble construction advertisement.Prepare and execute construction documents/contracts, change orders and SAs.Maintain project data and manage required documents in departmental systems.Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.Initiate final audits for assigned projects.Process vendor payments.Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.
