　　We are looking for an experienced engineer with a strong background in in the field IT/OT.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Analyze incidents and problems for clients

　　Offer solutions-oriented advice for IT/OT infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, servers, controllers, MES applications)

　　Ensure maximum uptime through installation and configuration of software/hardware

　　Provide and prepare necessary documentation

　　Manage updates and patches for various platforms

　　Offer all-round support to end users on-site or via remote support for "OT Shared Services" customers

　　Provide technical support to business consultants

　　Act as a proactive Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the organization

　　Identify opportunities and communicate them to business consultants for follow-up

　　Requirements:

　　You have a professional bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent through experience

　　You have at least 2 years of experience in executing IT projects in an industrial environment

　　You have experience with and knowledge of/about:

　　Network architectures (configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, … from well known suppliers such as: Cisco)

　　Software development tools (For example: PowerShell, .NET, Python, PHP)

　　Functional basic knowledge of (industrial) communication protocols (Ethernet, OPC,…)

　　All-round knowledge of Windows based environments (servers, Active Directory, Office ,…)

　　Familiar with virtual environments (Cloud, VMware)

　　You are a pragmatic analyst/technician who is result-oriented

　　You are eager to learn, both on a technical level and in terms of personal competencies

　　You have a valid driver’s license

　　You are a fluent communicator and are able to explain things in a simple way to a layman
