You will be responsible for performingtraining needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum andlearning materials and for managing all phases of traininginterventions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Proven experiencein designing multiple training events in a corporate setting Proficiencyin O365 Proficiency with Workday learning management software Ability topresent complex information to a variety of audiences. Identify trainingneeds and design training curriculum to address those needs. Keep allknowledge base articles up to date and add new ones as necessary.Identify areas in employees\' skills that require improvement. Ensurethat new staff members receive appropriate introductory training.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Selects ordevelops training aids, including training handbooks, demonstrationmodels, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.Develops training curricula and/or recommends or utilizes vendorprograms that meet instructional goals and objectives. Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities Required Strong interpersonal and communication skills andthe ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in adiverse community. Teaching and facilitation skills. Ability todetermine training objectives. Organizing and coordinating skills.Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans,curricula, and methodology. Skill in preparing instructional aids andplans. Primary focus on IT training. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor\'s degree with an emphasis in MIS or Business preferred.Minimum 7 years\' experience or an equivalent combination of educationand experience. Software: O365, Microsoft Windows, Salesforce, variouscommunication and specialty packages, and in-house applications, LMSsystems. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret generalbusiness periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, orgovernmental regulations.
