　　Mission

　　Join our dynamic Central Europe Regional Team's Equipment Performance department as anIT Traineeand embark on a 6-month project to design, develop, and deploy new KPIs that drive Equipment/Industry performance. Be a part of our mission to create impactful change by developing and implementing an interface that enables an efficient KPI deployment management using the push method.

　　Main Responsibilities

　　Manage and monitor the project:

　　Plan and coordinate the project's activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

　　Craft compelling technical documentations that will set the stage for project success.

　　Generate insightful operational and technical reports that provide valuable insights to stakeholders.

　　Conduct comprehensive project reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

　　Develop intuitive interfaces and business intelligent reports that empower users to make informed decisions.

　　Analyze, interpret, and create representations of interface utilization.

　　Development and implementation:

　　Develop the interface in Power BI Desktop.

　　Maintain a robust database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

　　Collect KPI requirements and integrate them into the project.

　　Incorporate stock management KPIs, including aggregate, bitumen, and emulsion, for comprehensive performance evaluation.

　　Construct user-friendly interfaces that help operational users to easily navigate and retrieve critical information.

　　Generate detailed emulsion plant data reports and mobile equipment reports for enhanced operational insights.

　　Design a Power Automate interface that delivers push notifications to keep teams informed and efficient.

　　Conduct user trainings to equip individuals with the necessary skills to maximize the potential of the developed interfaces and reports.

　　Profile

　　1-2 years of experience in IT development or Business Intelligence - industry or production experience is an advantage

　　Ongoing or finished master studies in IT, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

　　Strong and active B2 level of English is required

　　Experience with Power BI (Microsoft Environment) - basic knowledge in C or C++ is an advantage
