Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 USD per year

　　PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　The successful applicant will join ATR's Engineering Services Division, working as a team member at our government client site involved in policy and portfolio management specific to the Information Technology purchase approvals and management of the software portfolio development. Other duties include, but not limited to:

　　Provide end user support for resolving various IT issues (relate to application, hardware, network, and security).

　　Support administering and maintaining websites and other digital resources.

　　Review/provide guidance on the acquisition process of IT software/hardware/services and ensure that IT approvals align with DoD, DON, and NAVSEA policy. 

　　Responsible for software portfolio management, software inventory and acquisition. 

　　Review and process IT/IA workflow forms accurately and in timely manner.

　　Support various IT/IA projects and initiatives as IT administrator/cybersecurity workforce member.

　　Communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization on IT related matters.

　　Support other duties as assigned by IT Manager and Lead.

　　EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology or a closely related field preferred, but not required.

　　SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

　　Knowledgeable in IA concepts, practices and procedures.

　　Knowledge of the Navy Information Dominance Approval System (NAV-IDAS) for purchase approval of IT hardware/software/services a plus.

　　Knowledge of the Department of Navy Application Database management System (DADMS) a plus.

　　Knowledge in understanding Department of Defense policies for software portfolio management.

　　Knowledge in understanding of general-purpose Contractor Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software.

　　Knowledge in Government requirements for licensing of software application.

　　Knowledge of and skill in Microsoft Office products; ability to use Microsoft Access for data analysis helpful.

　　Ability to develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M).

　　Ability to resolve various IT application, hardware, network and security.

　　Ability to communicate at the appropriate technical level both orally and in writing for various audiences.

　　OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

　　Candidate MUST be a US citizen without dual citizenship, and the ability to obtain and retain a SECRET security clearance. Current clearance is a plus.
