My client in Knoxville, TN is seeking for a IT Technician to join their team on a 6-month Contract-to-Hire opportunity! They are seeking for candidates with the required skills below:
Helpdesk support skills - be able to walk someone through the issue in a calm manner to figure out what type of technical issue they are dealing with. Triage incoming tickets and/or escalate to appropriate team.
-Utilizing active directory, password resets, connectivity issues, troubleshooting, exchange, O365, equipment failure, moving user to correct OU, etc.
Desktop/workstation support - Setting up Equipment/Hardware, configuring machines, Imaging laptops, utilize SCCM for build process, troubleshooting equipment/hardware.
Light networking from a route/switch troubleshooting prospective. Understand OSI model.
Customer service skills - It is extremely important that this individual will have a good attitude and not be easily frustrated. They need to be reliable, dependable, and have good time management skills.
