Description

　　Help Desk Support:

　　Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries from employees across multiple locations.

　　Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to AS400, Windows desktops, printers, copiers, desk phones, smartphones, warehouse wrist scanners, and warehouse Zebra printers.

　　Provide timely and effective solutions to technical problems to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operations.

　　Hardware and Software Maintenance:

　　Perform hands-on hardware tasks, including configuring, installing, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and video displays.

　　Manage and troubleshoot wired and wireless network connections, including Ethernet and phone jacks.

　　Ensure the proper functioning of distribution and logistics equipment, such as warehouse wrist scanners and Zebra printers.

　　Phone and Security Systems:

　　Manage and maintain the phone system, addressing issues related to desk phones and smartphones.

　　Assist with the management of the Gallagher security system, including badge management and related equipment.

　　Requirements

　　Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably in a multi-location environment.

　　Strong hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting for AS400 and Windows desktops, printers, copiers, and various devices.

　　Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as wrist scanners and Zebra printers is a plus.

　　Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving networking issues, including Ethernet and phone jack configurations.
