Responsibilities Apply analytical processes to the planning, design and implementation of new and improved information systems to meet the business requirements of customer organizations. Provide operational, technical, analytical, and operational advice to the staff. Perform comprehensive needs analyses to define opportunities for new or improved business process IT solutions. Authoritative knowledge of the architecture/operations of state-of-the-art software intensive systems, database management and life cycle management systems, involving the design and development of applications and information management. Qualifying Experience: To qualify at the GG-14 level, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service.
