　　We are looking for you, an IT Project Manager (m/f/diverse), to join our Information Technology team in the area of Finance IT. You will be based either at our location in Hanover or Eschborn. Hybrid Work is possible.

　　Your key responsibilities are:

　　Support IT implementation projects (agile / waterfall / hybrid) in the area of Group Finance

　　Plan, execute and deliver projects/work packages with high quality, within scope, budget and time

　　Identify and manage project risks and issues, by implementing corrective actions as necessary

　　Lead project teams fostering team work

　　Develop communication plans and continuously communicate with stakeholders

　　Ensure compliance with IT standards and rules

　　Contribute process and IT know-how to provide project management excellence

　　Be IT partner of choice for our business customers by taking over technical consulting and ensure best fit IT solutions

　　Work in a globally distributed organization across multiple time zones with diverse, multi-cultural stakeholders and external development partners

　　Academic degree in computer science or economics or an equivalent qualification

　　Several years of relevant professional experience in the IT or Finance Business area

　　Several years of work experience in IT Projects

　　Experience in IT Service Management is appreciated

　　Business fluent in English language skills (written and spoken); German language skill is appreciated

　　Interest in new technologies towards digitalization

　　Very efficient, reliable and responsible work approach

　　Excellent communication and presentation skills

　　Ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams, both internal and external

　　Highly self-motivated, assertive and skilled in conflict resolution

　　Customer service-oriented mindset
