Description We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join an existing team working onsite with local client. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Archbold, Ohio area. We are seeking candidates to manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan as their Senior Project Manager. Responsibilities
Collects data from QA leads, business analysts, and technical leads into suggestions
Organizes and leads the sprint planning and grooming meetings and records ticket assignments
Engages with Product Owner/Product Manager to double check that the product vision and high-level business objectives are transparent and obtainable
Affirm that the functional requirements are achievable, met, and tracked
Assembles with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
Plans the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
Endeavors as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively
Administers deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Product Owner, and Dev Ops
Provide assistance to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager
Work in close cooperation with the QA Manager, Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Business Analyst
Forms schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product
Aids to classify, manage, and identify risk for functional improvement requests
Supplies the daily stand-ups, safeguarding they are brief, focused, and timely
Works closely together and communicates with developers, designers, stakeholders, and technical team members
Watches and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
Offers support to manage dependencies among cross-product teams
Oversees project planning
Produces detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, milestone completion, and project status
Help the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
Creates project with correct ticket workflows and boards Requirements - Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets

IT project management experience desired
Application Integration experience
Proficiency in Infrastructure administration
Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines
Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience
Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation and project management skills
You might be a good fit for this position if you have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management toolsCan work independently with minimal supervision
You'll be a good fit for this position if you have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs
A Project Management (PMP) certification is strongly preferred
