　　Position Summary: IT Innovation Lead

　　We are seeking a dynamic and visionary IT Innovation Lead with a strong focus on Innovation & Agile Project Management to join our team. The IT Innovation Lead will be responsible for driving digital innovation initiatives, fostering an agile and innovative culture, and leading the implementation of innovative solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in IT innovation, a passion for Agile methodologies, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to generate and implement innovative ideas in an Agile way.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Develop and execute the IT innovation strategy, aligning it with the organization's overall goals and objectives, while incorporating Agile principles and methodologies.

　　Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

　　Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions, using Agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure the successful integration of new technologies.

　　Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

　　Manage the innovation pipeline, ensuring a constant flow of ideas and opportunities, while prioritizing and managing resources effectively.

　　Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for innovation projects.

　　Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends, and share knowledge with the team, incorporating Agile practices and principles.

　　Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to gain support and alignment.

　　Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and development in an Agile environment.

　　Monitor and evaluate the success of innovation initiatives, tracking key metrics and making adjustments as needed.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred with 10 to 15 years experience

　　Proven experience in driving IT innovation and implementing emerging technologies using Agile methodologies.

　　Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

　　Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) Architecture

　　Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex challenges and propose innovative solutions in an Agile manner.

　　Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a matrix environment.

　　Experience in Agile project management and leading cross-functional teams in an Agile setting.

　　Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and gain support from stakeholders.

　　Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
