In this role you will lead the execution of IT Infrastructure projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy project management methodology, quality standards, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.

　　Project Leadership: Lead project teams, develop execution plans, and monitor progress towards project goals.Planning and Scheduling: Manage project demand and capacity, define project plans, scope, and risk management.Project Execution and Control: Ensure adherence to project best practices, methodology, and financial controls. Manage risks and opportunities, and close projects effectively.Budget Management: Effectively manage budgets, identifying cost drivers and optimization opportunities.Governance: Execute IT processes, resolve disputes, and ensure adherence to governance models.Stakeholder Management: Be the primary point of contact for customers, build strong relationships, and communicate effectively.Team Leadership: Lead project teams, allocate tasks, and provide guidance and feedback.Outcomes: Take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring benefits are delivered and communicated.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.Project management certification preferred.At least 2-3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure project management.Strong understanding of IT processes and methodologies.Budget management and leadership skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
