JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilties of Job: Overview Location:American Foods Group, LLC - Technology Center (Green Bay, WI) InternshipDates: Full Time for approximately 12 weeks (May - August) As anInfrastructure Operations Client Support Intern, you will assist theteam with various processes to configure end-user devices and maintainthe associated underlying Infrastructure. A few learning opportunitiesinclude: * Evaluating and prioritizing incoming tickets, calls, andissues to provide technical support and guidance to users. * Supportingtechnology as per written designs in line with AFG, departmental, andindustry standards. * Accurately tracking, configuring, deploying, andmaintaining end-user devices (including tablets, phones, R/F Scanners,PCs/Laptops, and other devices.) * Following project, testing, andimplementation plans and project timelines. * Working on definedprojects or assisting on larger tasks lists on projects. *Participating in testing of new technologies or processes and providefeedback. * Creating documentation as needed for any new or changedproject or technology. * Participating in Infrastructure teamactivities (stand up meetings, D/R testing, etc.) * NOTE: thisdescription is not intended to be all-inclusive. Qualifications MinimumQualifications (Required): * Must have completed your Junior year at acredited College or University. * Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 orhigher. * Have the desire and ability to work well both independentlyand cross functionally. * Are willing to engage others through strongcommunication and leadership skills. * Are an inquisitive individualthat has a desire to gain knowledge through experience. * Ability toperform all duties required in both office and manufacturingenvironments wearing proper PPE. * Have reliable transportation to andfrom working location.
