Description

　　Robert Half is looking for an IT Field Technician. This is an onsite position in Savannah, GA.

　　We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric IT Field Technician to join our dynamic team. You will be the frontline of our technical support, providing on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our diverse clientele. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving prowess, and a dedication to delivering outstanding service.

　　Responsibilities

　　Installation and Configuration:

　　Set up and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

　　Install and maintain network cabling and equipment.

　　Configure user accounts and access permissions.

　　Troubleshooting and Repair:

　　Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity.

　　Perform data backups and recoveries.

　　Identify and implement solutions for network security vulnerabilities.

　　Customer Service:

　　Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and problem-solving.

　　Document all service calls and maintain accurate records.

　　Educate users on proper equipment usage and best practices.

　　Additional Duties:

　　Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.

　　Maintain a professional and positive attitude.

　　Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

　　Qualifications

　　A+ or equivalent certification preferred.

　　Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.

　　Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

　　Problem-solving and analytical skills.

　　Time management and organizational skills.

　　Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
