The Opportunity: *This position provides professional tier 2 technical support for campus Academic and Administrative technology. It assists campus staff in selecting, procuring, and installing new technology. Respond quickly to classroom and security incidents as critical issues for the college, troubleshooting and diagnosing these complex issues. Provide COOP support for mission-critical personnel for the college.
