　　How you’ll spend your day

　　Manager, SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW) in the SAP Support team is responsible to provide L2/L3 application support in SAP BW area. This role covers incidents management, fulfilling of the service requests, bug fixing and enhancements delivery as part of maintenance and minor releases, supporting also system patches and upgrades from functional area perspective. This role uses business knowledge, IT background, finance & controlling concepts and good communication skills.

　　Supporting and enhancing legacy BW 7.x systems, interaction with the clients, system monitoring and support activities, performing and supporting all activities during a complete software development life cycle, performing business and technical analysis, design and implementation, testing, deployment and change management activities.

　　Ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity.

　　Provide L2 and L3 hands-on SAP application support and respond to requests and inquiries from users within the pre-determined timeframe of the Service Level Agreement

　　Your experience and qualifications

　　SAP BW consultant with a good technical and functional knowledge and experience of SAP BW 7.x with knowledge of SAP BW 3.5.

　　4+ years of experience supporting, troubleshooting and enhancing SAP BW 7.x systems with experience in implementation projects in SAP BW 7.x.

　　Good functional understanding of core business processes (SD, MM, FICO, QM, PP...).

　　Experience in data modeling, design and development of new and modified standard and custom BW data structures and objects including InfoCubes, MultiProviders, DSOs, SPOs, OpenHubs, ADPs, Info Sets, Process Chains, with the corresponding data flows and required routines.

　　Experience in extraction from SAP or non-SAP source systems with expertise in configuration and enhancement of standard SAP data sources.

　　Experience in Query Designer, WAD, BEx Queries and Workbooks. Ability to design and develop complex BEx queries to meet reporting requirements.

　　Experience with SAP BW Integrated Planning.
