Job Title: IT Business Analyst (New Grad)

　　Job Location: USA-FL-Melbourne; USA-TX-Rockwall; USA-NY-Rochester, USA-UT-Salt Lake

　　Job Description:

　　Support MES system implementation project through development, testing, training and deployment using Agile Scrum Methodology

　　Create and maintain detailed documentation such as functional requirements, interface design documents and data mapping specifications

　　Collaborate with a diverse support team comprised of business, technical and external consulting resources to streamline key business processes in Supply Chain and Operations Management

　　Support data migration validation and managing incidents

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field

　　GPA of 3.0 or greater

　　Preferred Skills:

　　Understanding of full software lifecycle implementation using waterfall and/or Agile methodology

　　Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language

　　Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail

　　Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities

　　Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

　　Strong customer service orientation

　　Ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment

　　Ability to develop/maintain key documentation
