As the Information Technology Assistant Coordinator, you will play apivotal role in maintaining the infrastructure, compliance and end userenvironment of CSACs computer network. Your efforts will directlycontribute to enhancing CSACs ability to provide vital mental healthservices to our community.
Key Responsibilities include:
Expected to be hands on and flexible in meeting CSACs technology needs.
Assists in developing and administering IT policies and procedures tohelp ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, includingHIPAA regulations and requirements.
Assist in design and generation of reports, forms, dashboards, and otherdata base management statistical material and information.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and proceduresfor electronic data processing and computer systems operations,including disaster recovery.
Assist IT help desk and troubleshooting functions to provide excellentcustomer service to CSAC staff concerning their IT needs.
Qualifications required are:
Bachelors Degree in a computer related field desirable. The idealcandidate would have at least 3 years of work experience as an ITspecialist preferably in a healthcare environment utilizing EMR/EHRsoftware, or a combination of education and experience from whichcomparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
Work experience in healthcare and strong business and management skillspreferred.
Knowledge of networking, system administration, data warehousing,business intelligence, and information security
Experience with technology assessment, database management, procurement,and contract and vendor management.
Ability to effectively prioritize, direct, and execute tasks in ahigh-pressure environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectivelysupport end users with varying levels of technological expertise
